PROOF UNTIL THE CROWN OF THE BREAD IS 1" (2.5 CM) ABOVE THE TOP OF THEPAN. 4. BAKE UNTIL THE SIDES AND TOP OF THE LOAF ARE GOLDEN BROWN. OVEN TEMPERATURE: CONVENTIONAL: 400 F (205 C) CONVECTION: 350 F (175 C)
