Ingredients : Enriched unbleached wheat flour, Water, Durum wheat semolina, Yeast, Modified palm oil, Soyabean oil, Natural flavour (contains wheat ingredients), Extra virgin olive oil, Salt, Baking powder, Gum arabic, Guar gum, Enzymes (amylase, xylanase).
1. Keep frozen at 0º F (-18º C) or below, until ready to use. 2. Remove desired number of crusts from case, and place on pizza screens/pans (sprayed with pan spray). 3. Add sauce, cheese, and additional toppings as desired. 4. Bake as recommended below, or until desired crust color is achieved and cheese is melted: Convection Oven: 450 F (230 C), 4.5 – 6.5 minutes Deck Oven: 500 F (260 C), 7 - 10 minutes Conveyor Oven: 450 F (230 C), 4.5 – 6.5 minutes 5. Remove pizza from oven, and let sit at room temperature for 3 – 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
