Tips & Handling
1. Keep sheets stored in the freezer. Remove desired amount of sheets from the freezer and place into the cooler. DO NOT REMOVE THE TOP FILM. 2. Keep sheets in the cooler between 1-3 days DO NOT REMOVE THE TOP FILM. 3. Product should be doubled in size prior to baking. If not doubled in size, provide necessary floor time. 4. Place sheets onto a baking pan and put directly into the oven. DO NOT REMOVE THE TOP FILM. 5. Bake until golden brown, according to the following handling Convection Oven: 325 F (163 C) 13-17 min Rack Oven: 350 F (177 C) 13-17 min 6. Remove sheets from the oven and NOW PEEL BACK THE TOP FILM. 7. Ice cinnamon rolls and lift from packaging when cooled.
MODE D'EMPLOI: 1. Conservez les feuilles au congélateur. Retirer le nombre de feuilles souhaitées du congélateur et placez-les dans la chambre froide. NE PAS RETIRER LE FILM SUPERIEUR. 2. Conservez les feuilles dans la chambre froide pendant 1 à 3 jours NE PAS RETIRER LE FILM SUPERIEUR. 3. Le produit doit avoir doublé de volume avant la cuisson. S'il n'a pas doublé de volume, prévoir un temps de pose nécessaire. 4. Disposez les feuilles sur une plaque de cuisson et placez directement dans le four. NE PAS RETIRER LE FILM SUPERIEUR. 5. Cuire jusqu'à ce que le produit dore, selon les instructions suivantes : Four à convection: 325 F (163 C) 13 à 17 min Four à charriot: 350 F (177 C) 13 à 17 min 6. Retirez les feuilles du four et MAINTENANT RETIREZ LE FILM SUPERIEUR. 7. Glacez les rouleaux de cannelle et retirez de l'emballage une fois refroidis.
