16 oz Sourdough Bread
16 oz Chorizo, Cooked
1 C Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
7 oz Canned Diced Green Chili
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper

Savory Eggspedites® is intended for further cooking, batter must reach 165°F for food safety and quality.


Thaw Savory Eggspedites® overnight under refrigeration.
Cut sourdough bread into 1" x 1" cubes and place in a bowl.
Mix all the remaining ingredients in the bowl and moisten with the Savory Eggspedites®. Let soak for 10 minutes.
Grease a 12" x 9" baking pan and place the bowl mixture into it. Bake at 350°F in a convection oven for 40 minutes until baked through.
