1 qt. Culinary Solutions Premium Custard Base Liquid (#03869)

Directions

 Bake cookies as per the direction on box. Allow to cool.

 Prepare Premium Custard Base as per the directions on the carton. Divide evenly into 10-3" ring molds. Place int freezer overnight.

 Remove frozen Crème Brulee from freezer, and unmold directly onto the bottom cookie of the sandwich then place the top cookie on to finish. Return to freezer until ready to serve.
