2 Each Allen® Uniced 7" Yellow Cake Layer
1 Each Perfect Finish® Bettercreme® Vanilla Icing, 15-lb Pail
1 Each Bettercreme® Petal Pink Icing, 15 12-oz Bags

Directions

 Mix Petal Pink Bettercreme with Vanilla Perfect Finish to create 5 progressively lighter shades of color.

 Base ice cake layers in lightest color shade.

 Using tip #826, pipe rosettes in the darkest shade of pink at the bottom of the cake.

 Cover entire cake in rosettes, progressively becoming lighter until all shades are used.
