1 Each Artisan Pizza Dough Ball
3 oz Hollandaise Sauce
2 oz Shaved Ham
1 Each Egg, Poached

Directions

 Place thawed pizza dough into a waffle maker. Bake until the dough turns golden brown and crisp on the outside.

 Remove waffle and top with remaining ingredients: shaved ham, poached egg, and hollandaise sauce
