1 Each Fully Baked Oven Fired Flatbread Whole Grain Rich 6 X 6 In Square
1 oz Bbq Sauce
1 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 oz Rich's Commodity Pulled Pork #87067
1/2 oz Chopped Red Onion
1/2 oz Chopped Green Pepper

Chef Notes

You may serve as a sandwich by folding the warm flatbread in half diagonally and placing in a paper sandwich bag.

Directions

Place 6" x 6" WG Flatbread on a lined sheet pan and spread 1 oz. BBQ sauce evenly over the flatbread.

Top the sauce with 1 oz. shredded mozzarella chees, 1 oz. commodity pulled pork, 1 oz. chopped red onion and 1 oz. chopped green pepper.

Bake at 350F until cheese is melted and flatbread is just crisp around the edges.

Cut into 4 square pieces and serve in a paper boat or plate as an open-face lunch item with 1/2 c. fruit, 1/2 c. vegetable salad and 8 oz. milk.
