Place 6" x 6" WG Flatbread on a lined sheet pan and spread 1 oz. BBQ sauce evenly over the flatbread. |

Top the sauce with 1 oz. shredded mozzarella chees, 1 oz. commodity pulled pork, 1 oz. chopped red onion and 1 oz. chopped green pepper. |
