Ingredients

1 Each 12 Oz Artisan-style Pizza Dough Ball
1.5 C Macaroni & Cheese
1/2 C Chicken Breast, Grilled And Fan Sliced
1/4 C Cooked Bacon, Chopped
1/2 C Monterrey Jack Cheese, Shredded
Olive Oil For Brushing The Crust
Flour
Fresh Chives, Chopped

Directions

Dust the dough ball in flour to hand stretch into a 12" crust.

Brush the dough with olive oil.

Top the dough with the macaroni & cheese.

Top the macaroni & cheese with bacon and then chicken.

Sprinkle the shredded Monterrey Jack cheese on top of the macaroni & cheese, bacon, and chicken.

Bake @ 500 degrees F for 5-7 minutes until cheese is golden brown.

Let it rest for 1 minute and garnish with chopped chives.
