1 qt. Rich’s Non-dairy Whip Topping Base
1 tbsp. Vanilla
5 oz Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
6 oz Pudding Vanilla (#02743)
1 qt. Pumpkin Pie Mix (libby's)
2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
16 Each Shell Cream Puff (#08467)
2 C Heat'n Ice™ Icing Maple Artificially Flavored (#09978)
1/2 C Dried Apples


Whip the quart of topping on medium until its formed stiff peaks. Add the vanilla extract, vanilla instant pudding, and ready to serve vanilla pudding. Whip mixture again until well combined. By hand, fold in the pumpkin pie mix until well combined. Store mousse covered & refrigerated. Place mousse into a plain tipped pastry bag.
Poke the pastry bag into the cream puffs, and pipe mousse into each shell.
Dip one side of the shells into the warm maple glaze.
Dip the glazed side into the crushed apple chips, and then serve.
