.5 oz Bettercreme Perfectly Sweet Whipped Icing Sunflower Yellow

 Using a #10 tip, pipe teardrop shaped dollops starting at the outside edge of the cupcake and pulling toward the center.

 Pipe second tier of dollops starting at the 3/4 point out from the center. Place a decorative pick on top if desired.
