Pancake made with Rich N Easy Bakery Batter, fresh apple slices mixed with cinnamon and sugar finished off with caramel sauce and a dollop of On Top.

1 Each | Medium Sized Apple |
1 Pinch | Cinnamon |
1 Pinch | Sugar, Granulated |
1 tbsp. | Caramel Sauce |

Peel and slice apple. Melt butter in 8" saute pan over medium heat. Add apples to saute pan, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar, and cook until apples are softened approximately 4-5 minutes. |

Add Bakery Batter into saute pan over apples cook over medium heat for additional 4 minutes until the batter starts to set. |

Place in 325 degree oven for 5-7 minutes. |

Remove from oven and sprinkle on powdered sugar and caramel sauce while hot. Finish with a dollop of On Top. |
