Ingredients

.5 oz Perfect Finish® Bettercreme® Vanilla Icing, 15-lb Pail
4 oz Cannoli Filling
1 oz Mini Chocolate Chips

Directions

Take a large croissant. Split in half. Place bottom half on cake board.

Add a layer of cannoli filling on inside of croissant.

Place top half of croissant on top of filling.

With pastry bag/star tip add a dollop of vanilla better crème on top.

Garnish with mini chocolate chips on top and around the side of croissant.
