Take a large croissant. Split in half. Place bottom half on cake board. |

Add a layer of cannoli filling on inside of croissant. |

Place top half of croissant on top of filling. |

With pastry bag/star tip add a dollop of vanilla better crème on top. |

Garnish with mini chocolate chips on top and around the side of croissant. |
