Crispy Cheesecake Wontons

3 C | Hot Fudge Sauce |

Mix 3 cups hot fudge sauce, 3 tsp cinnamon, and 3/4 tsp cayenne together well in a separate bowl. Set aside as Spiced Chocolate Sauce |

Trim crust from cheesecake slice. Measure 2 tsp cheesecake filling into the center of each wonton skin, and then moisten the edges of wrapper and seal. |

Fry at 350-degrees F until wontons are golden and crispy. Sprinkle with cinnamon. |
