A 5 in round shaped, yellow color delicious cake created with a combination of Lemon and Strawberry Bettercreme

7 oz | Allen® Uniced 5" Split Layer Yellow Cake |

Using 3 split layers, place first layer on 6” gold board. |

Using a pastry bag and a large star tip fill one side of bag with Lemon Bettercreme and the other side with Strawberry. |

Cover the first layer of cake with Bettercreme and add next layer of cake then repeat. Gently press down on top layer making sure layers are straight. |

Using the large star tip to make rosettes , start at the bottom of the cake and work your way up to the top. |

Proceed to make the same rosettes on the top of the cake, covering the entire cake. |
