6.5 oz Bettercreme® Whipped Icing Lemon Naturally Flavored
6.5 oz Bettercreme® Whipped Icing Strawberry Naturally Flavored
7 oz Allen® Uniced 5" Split Layer Yellow Cake

Directions

Using 3 split layers, place first layer on 6” gold board.

Using a pastry bag and a large star tip fill one side of bag with Lemon Bettercreme and the other side with Strawberry.

Cover the first layer of cake with Bettercreme and add next layer of cake then repeat. Gently press down on top layer making sure layers are straight.

Using the large star tip to make rosettes , start at the bottom of the cake and work your way up to the top.

Proceed to make the same rosettes on the top of the cake, covering the entire cake.
