Place cake layer onto a gold circle, top with Strawberry Bettercreme, add top cake layer pressing gently to make sure layers are straight. |

Using a pastry bag and just a coupler, fill one with Lemon Bettercreme and one with strawberry. |

Pipe one ring of strawberry around the middle of the bottom layer and one ring of lemon around the middle of the top layer. |
