11 oz Bettercreme® Whipped Icing Strawberry Naturally Flavored
11 oz Bettercreme® Whipped Icing Lemon Naturally Flavored
12 oz Allen Uniced 7" Yellow Cake Layer

Directions

 Place cake layer onto a gold circle, top with Strawberry Bettercreme, add top cake layer pressing gently to make sure layers are straight.

 Using a pastry bag and just a coupler, fill one with Lemon Bettercreme and one with strawberry.

 Pipe one ring of strawberry around the middle of the bottom layer and one ring of lemon around the middle of the top layer.

 Using a smooth scrapper smooth the sides of the cake.

 Using just the couplers and alternating flavors decorate the top of the cake.

 Pipe a bottom border on the cake.
