Ingredients

2 oz Bettercreme® Strawberry Icing, 9-lb Pail
2 oz Bettercreme® Lemon Icing, 9-lb Pail
3.5 oz 1/2 Sheet Yellow Cake Layer
.7 oz Chocolate Pieces

Directions

Take a yellow sheet cake and cut into 3 slices evenly. Then place one layer on cake board.

With star tip add a layer of strawberry better crème. Then place cake layer on top of icing.

With star tip add a layer of lemon better crème. Then place cake layer on top of icing.

Add 4 dollops on top of cake layers. Alternate both flavors.

Garnish with yellow curls and pink chocolate or what you have available in your bakery.
