Mix crushed pineapple (drain off juice,) French cream, and Bettercreme to make fluff. |

Cut the top ¼ of cream puff shell off. |

Using an ice cream scooper, fill cream puff shell with fluff. |

Place lid on shell leaving some fluff to show. |

Garnish with a dusting of powder sugar. |
