4 oz Perfect Finish® Bettercreme® Vanilla Icing, 15-lb Pail
2 oz Allen® Filling French CrÈme Bakeable
2 oz Pineapple Pieces

Directions

Dice pineapple chunks into small pieces, leaving 4 pieces whole to garnish the top.

Mix diced pineapple, Bettercreme, and French cream together to make fluff.

Using an ice cream scooper fill small Sunday cup with fluff.

Garnish with a few piece of chunk pineapple.

Optional: Use fluff to fill croissants, cream puffs, éclairs, or any size cake.
