1 oz Perfect Finish Vanilla Artificially Flavored Bettercreme®
9 oz Allen® 5 In Round Uniced Single Layer Cake White (#05754)
.5 oz Yellow Chocolate Curls

 Ice a double layer 5inch cake with lemon icing.

 Using a coupler swirl 4 lemon rosette and 4 white rosette on top of cake.

 On top of cake place yellow curls in center of the rosette.
