Cut a chocolate half sheet cake into 12 pieces. |

Split each cake piece in half, horizontally, separate the layers. Place bottom layer into a container. |

Using a bag fitted with a large star tip, pipe Mint Chip Bettercreme onto bottom layer |

Place other layer on top and using the same bag, pipe Mint Chip Bettercreme, in a shell border pattern on top |

Garnish by sprinkling a few mini chocolate chips on top of cake. |
