Warm ganache in double boiler, or microwave oven until warm, and smooth, add cardamom and mix well. |

Warm donut holes in 325°F oven for about 1 minute. |

Cut each donut hole in half, and press down bottom half to make a flat bottom which will prevent rolling on plate. |

To assemble: Top each donut bottom with a dollop of On-Top Topping. Dip tops of donuts in cardamom ganache, and place on top of topping. |
