2.3 oz Bettercreme® Whipped Icing Lemon Naturally Flavored
3.6 oz Perfect Finish Vanilla Artificially Flavored Bettercreme®
.50 oz Toasted Coconut
1.9 oz Ladyfinger Cake Layer
.50 oz Caramel Flavored Sauce, Artificially Flavored

Directions

Gather all necessary ingredients. Toast the coconut in a 350 degree oven for about 5-8 minutes (depending on the oven may take more or less time.) Drain crushed Pineapples- set aside. Mix the PF Vanilla Bettercreme and the Pineapples together, fill a piping bag with it and set aside. Place 1 layer of the Ladyfinger on the bottom of the container, with a piping bag filled with the Lemon Bettercreme pipe rosettes all the way across leaving a small space on each side.

Sprinkle the Toasted Coconut on top, then drizzle the Caramel sauce on top. Pipe rosettes of the Pineapple Bettercreme on top of the Lemon and then sprinkle with the toasted coconut and caramel sauce. Top with 2nd layer of the Ladyfingers and repeat the step above 1 more time. Top with rosettes of the Lemon Bettercreme, Toasted Coconut.
