34.6 oz 8" Round Presoaked Single Layer Sponge Cake, Vanilla, Art Flv
9.87 oz Chopped Peaches
1.76 oz Strawberries (sliced)
2.11 oz Kiwi Slices
10.57 oz Bavarian Cream
2 oz Fruit Glaze

Directions

Place the first 8” cake layer.

Fill with Bettercreme mixed with Bavarian Cream and add the chopped peaches.

Place the second layer. Base ice the cake with a thin Bettercreme

Cover the sides with Bettercreme mixed with Bavarian Cream stripes with a #22 coupler

Make two circles on top of the cake but being aware of the size of the peach slice.

Decorate with sliced peach, strawberries cut in four and kiwi cut as cubes

Cover fruit with glaze
