Place liquid topping in a bowl and warm slowly over a double boiler, stir in chocolate until it is melted and mixture has a very smooth consistency. Be careful not to heat over 110 degrees. |

Dispense On Top topping into a Stainless Steel Bowl, and blend in: 6 oz. (3/4 cup) of the melted chocolate mixture 6.75 oz. (3/4 cup) of the creamy peanut butter Blend well, and then place mixture in a pastry bag with no tip. |

To assemble the mini Shooter Parfait fill in a 2 oz. plastic or glass shoot glass: 1.5 oz. Peanut Butter Mixture .6 oz. (1T) melted chocolate mixture Garnish with 1 (.1 oz.) mini Reese’s Peanut Butter cup. |
