Ingredients

1 pt. Rne Quick Custard
1 pt. Heavy Cream
1 C Fresh Blueberries
1 C Strawberries (sliced)
1/4 C Sugar, Granulated
1 tbsp. Water

Directions

In a large mixing bowl whisk together 1 pint Quick Custard with 1 pint heavy cream until it has set

Pour mixture into circular molds and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours

In a mixing bowl add fruit and sugar and 1 tbsp water ; stir gently

Release set custard from molds onto serving dish

Pour fruit over top & Serve!
