9.5 oz 1/2 Sheet Chocolate Cake Layer Naturally & Artificially Flavored (#03277)
.5 oz Whipped Icing & Filling Chocolate (#04937)
2 oz Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cut sheet cake into 6 pieces, 2 x 3

Split each piece in half

Place one split layer in a dome base

Using a bag fitted with a large star tip, pipe Cookie Crunch icing in shell pattern onto bottom layer

Place other half layer on top and pipe Cookie Crunch icing on top

Using Classic chocolate icing, pipe design on top

Garnish top of cake with 4 Chips Ahoy cookies
