5 oz Bettercreme® Whipped Icing Lemon Naturally Flavored
9.5 oz 1/2 Sheet Yellow Cake Layer
2 oz Lemon Filling

Cut half sheet cake into 6 pieces, 2 x 3

Split each piece in half

Place one split layer in a dome base

Using a bag fitted with a large star tip, pipe Lemon icing in shell pattern onto bottom layer

Place other half layer on top and pipe a large lemon shell border on the outer edge

Fill the center with lemon filling
