6 oz Fully Baked Flatbread 6.75 X 11.25 In Sandwich
2 oz Hummus
7 Slice Cucumber
8 Slice Yellow Squash
5 Slice Tomato
1 Layer Avocados, Sliced
2 Slice Red Onion Thinly Sliced
1/4 C Alfalfa Sprouts
1/8 C Black Olives, Sliced

Directions

Spread 2 oz of hummus on the bottom half of the flatbread

Top with cucumber, squash, tomato, avocado, sprouts, onion, and black olives

Fold over the top of the flatbread and serve on a late or in a clamshell for the grab and go
