12 oz Pesto
8 Slice Squash
8 Slice Zucchini
8 Slice Carrot
8 Slice Multi-colored Bell Peppers
8 Piece Red Leaf Lettuce

Directions

Heat 4 flatbreads in warm pan one at a time (1-2 minutes)

Season and roast vegetable until tender, chill and slice lengthwise in thin strips

Spread pesto on bottom
