 Base ice desired flavor of ¼ sheet cake in Cookie Butter Bettercreme Icing

 Rub crushed Biscoff Cookies crumbs on the bottom sides of the cake

 Using #22 star tip pipe a pulled shells on the top edge of the cake with Cooke Butter Bettercreme Icing as shown

 Uisng #4 round tip pipe a scalloped border outlining the pulled shells with Biscoff Cookie Butter

 Pipe dots at the tip of each pulled shell with Biscoff Cookie Butter
