Directions

Base ice two layers of desired 8 inch cake layers in Cookie Butter Bettercreme Icing

Rub crushed Biscoff cookie crumbs on the bottom of cake

Using #4 round tip pipe a swirl on top of cake with Biscoff Cookie Butter then take a knife and score the rings of Cookie Butter in 8 segments as shown in

Pipe 8 rosettes using #12 round tip on the top edge and one in the center

Garnish with chocolate pieces
