1 Unit Rich's Partha Flatbread
4 oz Hummus
1 tbsp. Roma Tomatoes, Diced
1/2 tbsp. Scallions, Sliced
1/2 tbsp. Kalamata Olives, Chopped
2 tbsp. Feta Cheese, Crumbled
1 oz Roasted Garlic Infused Olive Oil

Directions

Place Rich's Partha Flatbread in oven to brown.

Place layer of hummus in bottom of parfait glass (for presentation purposes).

Layer diced cucumbers, diced tomatoes, scallions, and Kalamata olives.

Top with feta cheese, and small dollop of hummus to hold Partha chip for presentation.

Brush the browned Partha Flatbread with roasted garlic olive oil, and cut into chips (6 pieces).

Build plate with Hummus parfait, garnish plate with Partha chips and fresh garden salad topped with toasted sesame seeds.
