2 tsp. | White Vinegar |

Directions

Sift together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl. |

Mix together all of the liquid ingredients in a large bowl. |

Gently combine the liquid and dry ingredients being careful not to overwork the batter. |

Pour batter into a greased and floured 8" cake pan. |

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until the cake springs back when touched lightly. |

Cool and top with frosting of your choice. |
