1/2 C | Butter, Melted |
12 Slices | Sourdough Bread |
1/2 C | Chestnuts, Roasted & Chopped / Smashed |
1 C | Apples, Diced |
1 C | Brown Sugar |
1 tsp. | Ground Cinnamon |
1 tsp. | Ground Nutmeg |
1/2 tsp. | Vanilla Extract |
6 Each | Large Eggs, Beaten |
1 C | Water |
Directions

Combine Plant Based Cooking Creme Naturally Flavored and water. Set aside. |

Pour melted butter in a 9"x13" baking pan. |

Place 6 slices of sourdough bread in the bottom of the pan. |

In a bowl, blend together the chestnuts, apples, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. |

Sprinkle half of the chestnut and apple mixture over the bread. |

Layer the other 6 slices of bread. |

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, diluted Plant Based Cooking Creme Naturally Flavored mixture and vanilla until well blended. |

Pour over bread layers. |

Sprinkle with remaining chestnut and apple mixture. |

Cover and refrigerate overnight. |

Bake, covered, at 350°F for 30 minutes. |

Uncover and continue baking for 15 minutes, or until set and browned. |
