Ingredients

1/2 C Plant Based Cooking Creme Naturally Flavored
1/2 C Butter, Melted
12 Slices Sourdough Bread
1/2 C Chestnuts, Roasted & Chopped / Smashed
1 C Apples, Diced
1 C Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
6 Each Large Eggs, Beaten
1 C Water

Directions

Combine Plant Based Cooking Creme Naturally Flavored and water. Set aside.

Pour melted butter in a 9"x13" baking pan.

Place 6 slices of sourdough bread in the bottom of the pan.

In a bowl, blend together the chestnuts, apples, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Sprinkle half of the chestnut and apple mixture over the bread.

Layer the other 6 slices of bread.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, diluted Plant Based Cooking Creme Naturally Flavored mixture and vanilla until well blended.

Pour over bread layers.

Sprinkle with remaining chestnut and apple mixture.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake, covered, at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Uncover and continue baking for 15 minutes, or until set and browned.
