2 Each | Garlic Cloves, Minced |
2 tbsp. | Canola Oil |
2 tbsp. | All Purpose Flour |
2 C | Vegetable Broth |
1/2 tsp. | Salt |
1/4 tsp. | Ground Black Pepper |
1/4 tsp. | Ground Nutmeg |
Directions

Heat oil in a large frying pan. Add onions, garlic and mushrooms; cook until onions are soft and translucent, about 1 minute. |
