Ingredients

1 C Plant Based Cooking Creme Naturally Flavored
8 oz Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced
2 tbsp. Onion, Chopped
2 Each Garlic Cloves, Minced
2 tbsp. Canola Oil
2 tbsp. All Purpose Flour
2 C Vegetable Broth
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1/4 tsp. Ground Nutmeg

Directions

Heat oil in a large frying pan. Add onions, garlic and mushrooms; cook until onions are soft and translucent, about 1 minute.

Blend in flour and stir.

Add vegetable broth and heat until slightly thickened, stirring constantly.

Stir in Plant Based Cooking Creme Naturally Flavored and remaining ingredients.

Heat to thicken, stirring constantly.
