A hearty Belgium waffle slider stuffed with rich, cream cheese pastry filling, fresh lemon zest and warm honey.

3/4 C | Honey, Warmed |

Place 12 Sweet Yeasty Rolls on a parchment lined sheet pan. Cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge for 2 hours. |

Pull from fridge and allow to sit in a warm area for 20 minutes. |

Spray grates of Belgium waffle maker with nonstick spray if not yet seasoned and set to low. |

Take 4 dough pucks and slightly stretch to fit each compartment of waffle maker. Close lid and allow to cook about 2 minutes, or until browned and cook through. |

Cut along the seems to make 4 small waffles. |

Place one on plate, dollop with cream cheese filling, top with another waffle and dollop of filling. Scatter blueberries on top, drizzle honey and finish with fresh lemon zest. |
