Thaw a dozen rolls, stage overnight, and proof to double in size. |

Flatten and stretch each dough piece to 3”x4” sections. Place an oiled piece of parchment in the middle and fold dough over. Bake 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes. |

In a bowl combine hoisin sauce and sweet chili sauce to make Asian Zing. |

Chop garlic and julienne slice cucumbers & carrots. Cut cilantro leaves in to halves. |

Take 24oz of pulled pork and chop into small pieces. Take 2oz of pork and fill each slider bun. |

Take a TBSP of Asian Zing Sauce and drizzle over the top of the pork. |

Top each slider bun with garlic, carrots, cucumbers, and cilantro. |
