Delicious breakfast sandwich of egg, cheese and sausage in between two Sweet Yeasty rolls baked in a waffle iron and served with Maple Syrup.

2 oz | Sausage Patty |
1 Slice | Cheddar Cheese |

Thaw covered Sweet Yeasty Dinner Roll Dough in cooler overnight. |

The next day, remove dough from cooler, and allow to set at room temperature for approximately 20 minutes. |

Cook egg into a round patty in a glass dish in microwave or on grill with egg mold. |

Place one Sweet Yeasty Dinner Roll in middle of pre-heated seasoned waffle iron. Set iron to med/low or 3. |

Add egg, sausage patty and slice of cheese. |

Place another dinner roll on top. |

Gently close waffle iron until dough is pressed into iron (do not attempt to close completely). |

Heat for 3 minutes or until waffle is golden brown. |

Serve with warm Maple Syrup. |
