1 Each 6" Whole Grain Rich Round Flatbread
1 oz Reduced Fat Ranch Dressing
.5 oz Shredded Low Moisture Part Skim Milk Mozzarella Cheese
1 oz Diced Turkey Bacon
.5 C Shredded Romaine Lettuce
.5 C Diced Tomato
1 tbsp. Reduced Fat Ranch Dressing

Directions

Keep product frozen at 0°F to -10°F until ready to use.

Remove 6” flatbreads from the case and place on greased pizza screens or lined sheet pans.

Spread 1 oz. reduced fat Ranch Dressing over the flats.

Sprinkle ½ oz. shredded low moisture part skim milk mozzarella over the dressing.

Top the cheese with 1 oz. diced turkey bacon.

Place in a 350°F oven and bake for 7-8 minutes until bacon is cooked, cheese is melted and flatbread is crisp around the edges.

Top the baked flatbread with ½ c. shredded Romaine lettuce and ½ c. diced tomato.

Drizzle with 1 Tbsp. reduced fat ranch dressing.
