Thaw and shake Premium Custard Base before use. |

Pour contents of Premium Custard Base carton into a medium stove top pot. |

Bring to boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to a simmer, and simmer for 8-10 minutes. |

Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla extract (or flavor or ingredient of choice). |

Pour Premium Custard Base into ramekin dishes and refrigerate until product sets. |
