At 350°F, bake 48 churro donuts for 5 minutes. |

Remove donuts from oven, toss in cinnamon sugar, then let cool. |

After cooling, chop donuts in half and add them to serving glasses (96 servings). |

Boil 24 lbs of Premium Custard Base (12 cartons/1 case) on high heat while stirring. |

Simmer the Premium Custard Base for 1-2 Minutes. |

Remove from heat and mix in 1/2 cup vanilla. |
