48 Unit 2 Oz Churro Donut With Cinnamon Sugar Packets (#05664)
.5 C Vanilla

Recipe yields 96 servings for catering applications. Simply scale down the recipe to create lower yields for different situations.

Directions

At 350°F, bake 48 churro donuts for 5 minutes.

Remove donuts from oven, toss in cinnamon sugar, then let cool.

After cooling, chop donuts in half and add them to serving glasses (96 servings).

Boil 24 lbs of Premium Custard Base (12 cartons/1 case) on high heat while stirring.

Simmer the Premium Custard Base for 1-2 Minutes.

Remove from heat and mix in 1/2 cup vanilla.

Pour evenly 4 oz. of the Premium Custard Base mixture into 96 serving containers over the churro donut pieces.

Chill for two hours, then top with a dollop of On Top® Original Whipped Topping.
