4 Unit Simply Proof & Bake Roll Dough Wheat With 100% Whole Grain Hamburger
2 lb Sweet Potato
1 tsp. Sesame Oil
1 tsp. Pure Maple Syrup (or Pinch Stevia For Sugar-free)
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder Or Spice Blend
1 C Panko Bread Crumbs
Salt, Pepper (optional Cayenne Or Other Spices)


Peel and cube Sweet Potatoes, boil in salted water until tender and drain.
Place cooked sweet potatoes in a large bowl, and mash.
Add flour, sesame oil, maple syrup, spices, and seasonings to the bowl, and mix thoroughly. Taste mixture and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Cover and refrigerate until the mixture is firm enough to easily handle (15-20 minutes). The mixture will be soft and moist, so add extra flour as needed until you can form patties.
Divide mix into 4 equal size patties, and coat them with the bread crumbs.
Heat 1 tbsp oil over high heat in a sauté pan, then place in the hot pan and cook 2-3 minutes each side or until browned. Or, bake at 350 F on a greased baking sheet for 20 minutes. Burgers will be lightly browned.
