Ingredients

1 Each 18 Oz Artisan Pizza Dough Ball
1 oz Olive Oil
2 oz Arugula
1/2 Piece Lemon
6 Slices Salami
6 Slices Ham
6 1/2 Slices Fresh Mozzarella
2 oz Roma Tomatoes, Diced
2 oz Red Onion Thinly Sliced
1 Pinch Oregano

Directions

Stretch out dough ball onto a greased pan to about 4" x 14".

Coast loaf with olive oil and let rest until dough doubles in size.

Bake at 425 F for 10 to 15 minutes.

Let loaf cool and then slice in half length wise.

Top one side with arugala and squeeze fresh lemon on top.

Add ham, salami, mozzarella, roma tomatoes and red onion.

Sprinkle oregano over onions.

Drizzle with olive oil and add top piece of bread.

Heat to warm.
