1 Piece 12” X 5” Parbaked Rustic Oval Flatbread (#13162)
1/2 C Grape Tomatoes, Cut In Half
6 oz Diced Mozzerella
1 oz Fresh Basil, Chopped
1/2 oz Olive Oil
1 Pinch Salt And Pepper
1 Unit Fried Egg
1 Unit Avocado, Pitted And Skinned

Directions

Cut the flatbread in half.

Spread mashed avocado along the top.

Mix and top with the following ingredients: grape tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper.
