1 oz | Cooked Green Peppers, Thinly Sliced |
1 oz | Cooked Onions, Thinly Sliced |
2 oz | Cheese Of Your Choice |

Cut the laffa in half. |

Chop up the roast beef. |

Sautee the beef, peppers, and onions together until the beef is brown and starting to crisp. |

While beef is still in the pan add cheese to the top and let it melt. |

Slide the beef onto the bread which has been spread with the sauce. |
