1 Each 7in Fresh N Ready Oven Rising Sheeted Pizza Dough (#07386)
2 oz Mozzarella Cheese
2 oz Andouille Sausage
2 oz Pickled Jalapenos
1 1/2 oz Red Sauce

Directions

 Pull dough from freezer and it is ready to top. Want a thicker crust let the dough thaw at room temperature and it will begin to proof.

 Spread red sauce evenly over proofed dough

 Top andouille sausage and pickled jalapenos. Spread cheese evenly onto pizza.

 Bake at 375ºF for 9-11 minutes or until cheese melts and crust turns golden brown.
