Ingredients

1 Each 18 Oz Artisan Pizza Dough Ball
2 tsp. Olive Oil
3 oz Red Onions, Thinly Sliced
5 oz Red Bell Peppers, Thinly Sliced
6 oz Plummed Tomatoes, Thinly Sliced
2 oz Red Jalapenos, Seeded And Minced
12 oz Gouda, Shredded
Salt
Pepper
Balsamic Viniagrette
Olive Oil

Directions

Thaw and proof pizza dough

Brush proofed dough with olive oil

Toss all ingredients into a bowl and mix, except Gouda

Marinate until juices begin to accumulate in bowl

Drain mixture

Spread cup of Gouda over the crust

Spread the vegetable mixture on top of Gouda

Top with remaining half cup of Gouda

Bake at 500ºF for 7 - 10 minutes or until desired crust color is achieved and cheese is melted.
