Base ice cake in Cookie Crunch Bettercreme Icing

Pipe bottom border in Cookie Crunch Bettercreme icing using #10 round tip

Pipe 6 large rosettes on top of cake with #827 cupcake tip in Cookie Crunch Bettercreme Icing

Pipe a heart in the center of the cake in Red Betterccreme Icing with #10 round tip

Sprinkle chocolate cake crumbs on the side of the cake

Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top of each rosette

Cut full size Chips ahoy Cookies in half and place each half between each rosette (if you saw each cookie in half with a serrated knife, it will limit the breakage of the cookies)
