3 Each Egg Whites, Fried
1/2 C Fresh Spinach, Chopped
1 Slice Tomato
1 oz Lorraine Swiss
Salt
Pepper

Prepare omelet with spinach tomato and egg whites

Place omelet onto bread and top with tomato and cheese

Place sandwich into panini press and press until golden brown
